How do I return/exchange an item?

Products can be returned/exchanged within approx. 7 days from the date of purchase.

Please mail us at care@gloglamp.com to initiate a return/exchange. Logistic charges may be charged to the customer in case of replacement or refund.

We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved to your complete satisfaction. Please make sure that the original product’s tag and packing are intact when you send the product back.

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and tags or has been worn or washed shall not be eligible for return.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed and credited to your bank account within approx. 7 working days from the date the returned products are received in our warehouse.

How do I cancel an order ?

Regretting an order, Don't worry we’ve got your back. Please mail us at care@gloglamp.com to cancel an order.

How do I know the delivery status of an order ?

We understand that you want your products the moment you order them. But as much as we’d love to make that dream come true, it’s impossible.

Usually it takes approx. 3-7 business days for our delivery partners to deliver the order to the shipping address you provided at the time of purchase. However if you need help tracking your order, please write to us at care@gloglamp.com

However, rest assured that our teams will work tirelessly to get your order delivered to you in the best time and condition.
